We provide accounting, bookkeeping, corporate tax, corporate secretarial, company incorporation and payroll services to businesses in Singapore.
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use, protect and share it.

2. Personal data we collect
Personal data is data about an individual who can be identified from that data. Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, company name and job title.
• Enquiry details: the information you give us when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, including your business needs.
• Client and service information: where you become a client, details we need to provide our services, such as identification details of directors, shareholders and employees, company records, financial records, tax information and payroll information.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
If you give us personal data about another person, such as a director, shareholder or employee, you confirm that you have their consent, or are otherwise permitted by law, to give it to us for the purposes in this policy.

3. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data directly from you when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, visit our office, sign an engagement letter or send us documents. We may also collect it from your authorised representatives, and from public sources such as ACRA records where this is permitted.

4. How we use your personal data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
• responding to your enquiries and sending you the information you ask for;
• assessing and delivering our services, including accounting, tax filing, ACRA filings, company secretarial work and payroll;
• filing documents with, and replying to, government agencies such as ACRA, IRAS, CPF Board and MOM on your behalf;
• managing our relationship with you, including billing and collecting payment;
• complying with our legal and regulatory duties, including anti-money laundering and client identification requirements;
• maintaining the security and performance of this website; and
• any other purpose that you have agreed to, or that the PDPA allows.

5. Consent and withdrawing consent
We collect, use and disclose your personal data with your consent, or where the PDPA allows us to do so without consent, for example where it is necessary to meet a legal obligation or for our legitimate interests.
By contacting us or using our services, you agree to us handling your personal data as described in this policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (see section 12). We will tell you what the likely effects of withdrawal are. In some cases we may not be able to continue providing our services, and we may still keep data that the law requires us to keep.

6. Disclosure to others
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only where needed, with:
• government agencies and regulators, such as ACRA, IRAS, CPF Board and MOM, to carry out filings and meet legal duties;
• banks, auditors, other professional advisers and company registers, where you have asked us to work with them;
• service providers who help us run our business, such as IT, cloud storage, accounting software and communications providers, who must protect your data and use it only for our purposes; and
• anyone else where you have consented, or where the law requires or allows disclosure.

7. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device, and similar technologies. They help the site work properly and help us understand how it is used.
• Essential cookies: set by our website platform (WordPress) so pages load and work correctly.
• Embedded services: the map on our contact section is provided by Google Maps, and our chat button is provided by a third party. These services may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when you load the page. Their use of your data is covered by their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

8. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. For example, accounting and tax records are generally kept for at least five years. When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. How we protect personal data
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. These include limiting access to staff who need it, using passwords and secure systems, and requiring our service providers to protect your data.
No method of sending or storing data is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.

10. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers, such as cloud storage or software providers, may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

11. Access to and correction of your personal data
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and for information on how we have used or disclosed it in the past year. You may also ask us to correct any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer (section 12). We may need to verify your identity first, and we may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, which we will tell you about beforehand. We aim to respond within 30 days, and will tell you if we need more time.
